ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the efficacy of western medicine in combination with traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods 45 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Atorvastatin 20mg/d and irbesartan 150mg/d were taken orally in control group and plus Chinese herbal medicine were taken orally in treatment group.Both of the two groups had been observed for 3 months.Results Comparing with pre-reatment,serum creatinine(Scr)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were decreased after treatment in two groups(P
