ABSTRACT

Objective:

To supply the rescue and treatment to stroke patients in the first time by the building of green information network platform.

Methods:

Build green information network platform, which taking the UCC as the entrance, using the IP green alarm bell system as the start point, mixing the Hospital Information System, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, Laboratory Information System, and office automation system together. The platform attains the features of systems interflowed, equipment connected, information shared and data sending at once. These features make the sharing of patient’s information accurate and faster, so that the emergency rescue process is optimized.

Results:

In the past, it might cost about 20 minutes between the patients’ arriving and the rescue’s starting. When the green information network platform was used, the time was reduced to about 3 minutes.

Conclusion:

The green information network platform can optimize the process of emergency rescue effectively.
