ABSTRACT
AIM:
To make comparative study on HPLC fingerprints of several kinds of Radix astragali from different sources.METHODS:
ODS column was used,with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min~(-1).The wavelength of measurement was at 203 nm.RESULTS:
The fingerprints of Radix astragali were obtained.CONCLUSION:
This method can be used to identify Radix astragali from different sources conveniently.
