ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of Fengbei Huayu capsule on FasL gene expression and T cell apoptosis of type 2 diabetic rats, and to compare the pathological lesions of kidney and retina after treatment of traditional medicine. Methods To make the model of type 2 diabetic rats and determine the indexes of FasL gene expression and T cell apoptosis rate by RT-PCR, DNA gel electrophoresis methods.
