Determination of Syringin and Syringaresinol in Ciwujia Injection by RP-HPLC / 中国中医药信息杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the determination method of syringin and syringaresinol in Ciwujia Injection with RP-HPLC. Methods C18 ODS was used as a stationary phase. The mobile phase consists of water and acetonitrile. The gradient condition was 0→20 min, A90%→50%. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results The linear range of syringin was 0.03～0.16 ?g (r =0.999 7, n=5) and the linear range of Syringaresinol was 0.02～0.13 ?g (r =0.999 3, n=5). The average recovery of syringin was 99.34% and RSD=0.58%. The average recovery of Syringaresinol was 99.22% and RSD=0.71%. Conclusions The method was simple, convenient and accurate, and can be used for content determination of syringin and syringaresinol in Giwujia injection.
