ABSTRACT
The formation of thrombus is closely related to vascular endothelial cells, and plays an important role in the course of the acute vascular occlusion occurring after the implantation of coronary stent. Coronary stent implantation, being as an allograft material in vivo, may affect the structure of vascular endothelial function, and lead to the acute complications of vascular occlusion. At present, there are many treatment methods which can improve the biocompatibility of stents in varying degrees, and can reduce its stimulation of vascular endothelial cells. Biodegradable stent has become the focus of attention and research, and may support the future direction of stent's development.
