ABSTRACT

Mass data and information have been formed based on a quick development of techniques, methods and tools from omics including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. The omics data-based integrated metabolic pathway analysis provides the premise and condition for deeply investigating and comprehending the nature of biological medical systems. This paper briefly reviews the current status and future trends of the metabolic pathway analysis based on the integration of database and tools from omics, including the novel integrated methods and data analysis platform.
