ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone recptor (PR) and c-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with prognostic factors. Methods The clinical data of 1 008 cases with breast cancer were retrospectively analysed. The relationship between the expression of ER, PR and c-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues and the prognostic factors such as menopausal status, axillary lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage was investigated. Results The mean presentation age of the 1 008 cases was (53.53?12.60) years. Invasive ductal cancer was the most common pathological type (80.5%).
