Patterns and function of medical undergraduates' community practice teaching / 中华医学教育探索杂志

ABSTRACT

With the deepening of the reform of medical system in China and the transforma-tion of modern medical model , cultivating graduates with community service ability is an important task of medical education at present. Through practice activities by forming an undergraduate medical service team, such as community residents health survey, free clinics, health care propaganda, will enhance the students' sense of responsibility and community identity, cultivate their clinical and sci-entific thinking ability and enhance their self-confidence, self-study ability, communication skills and comprehensive quality. It will also promote the community residents to improve the level of health.
