Determination of Baicalin in Kang 601 Mixture by HPLC / 中国药师

ABSTRACT

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Kang 601 mixture. Methods:An HPLC method was adopted. An Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used at room temperature (25 ℃) and eluted by methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution(4852) with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of baicalin within the range of 18. 897-188. 975 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 86%(RSD=0. 32%, n=9). Conclu-sionThe established method is specific, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the determination of baicalin in Kang 601 mixture.
