ABSTRACT
Objective:
To investigate the effect of ets 1 antisense oligoxydeonucleotide(ASODN)on invasive ability of gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901 in vitroMethods:
Cultured cells were divided into three groupscontrol group, sense oligoxydeonucleotide(SODN)group and ASODN group. After transfection for 24h,cultured cells were harvested to detect the changes of ets lmRNA by the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method(RT PCR),growth inhibition was detected by colony forming unit assay, invasive ability was measured by the number of cells to penetrate polycarbonates coated with or without matrigel. Results:
est 1 ASODN could underregulate the expression of ets 1mRNA,number of colony forming was significantly lower than the other two groups(24.2?4.8,47 6?8 1,44 3?7 6,P
