ABSTRACT
Objective:
To determine the contents of three effective components in Xianlinggubao Capsules.Methods:
A RP HPLC was developed for the determination of psoralen, isopsoralen and icariin in Xianlingbao Capsules.Results:
The contents of these compoments were 0.93mg/g, 0.95mg/g and 9.2mg/g, respectively.Conclusion:
This Methods is simple and reliable.
