ABSTRACT
AIM:
To establish the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Renzhujianwei Granules.METHODS:
HPLC ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Renzhujianwei Granules on Lichrospher 5 C 18 (200mm?4.6mm) with Methanol H 2O(100∶20) as a mobile phase (0.8mL?min -1 ).RESULTS:
The average recovery was 96.97% and the linear equation was Y=6.3073+1.4277X. The correlation coefficient was 0.9998.CONCLUSION:
The method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
