ABSTRACT

Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is one of the common neonatal pathological phenomena,which is more common in preterm infants.The lower the gestational age and birth weight of the newborn cause the higher incidence of PDA.PDA can affect the hemodynamic stability and have adverse effects on various systems in preterm infants,which directly affect the mortality and long-term prognosis of premature infants.There is still a lack of consensus on early and correct prevention and treatment of PDA in premature infants,which is one of the bewilderment faced by doctors at home and abroad.In this article,the new views on the harm,diagnosis,treatment time,treatment object and treatment methods of PDA of preterm infants at home and abroad in recent years are expounded.
