Therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate combined small dose aspirin on gestational hypertension / 心血管康复医学杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) combined small dose aspirin on gesta-tional hypertension .Methods:A total of 208 patients with gestational hypertension treated in our hospital from Feb 2016 to Feb 2017 were enrolled.According to random control principle ,they were equally divided into MgSO4group and combined treatment group (received MgSO4combined small dose aspirin ).After 3d treatment ,therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were observed and compared between two groups .Results:Compared with MgSO4group after 3d treatment , there was significant rise in total effective rate (80.77% vs.95.19%, P＝0.001) and significant reduction in incidence rate of complications (24.04% vs.12.5%,P＝0.031) in combined treatment group .Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate com-bined small dose aspirin possesses significant therapeutic effect on patients with gestational hypertension ,and incidence rate of complications is low ,which is worth extending .
