Research progress of precision medicine in colorectal cancer / 中国医师进修杂志

ABSTRACT

The incidence and mortality rate of colorectal cancer (CRC) in China have been increasing all the times. The "precision medicine" proposed in recent years is of great significance for the study of the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of CRC. On the basis of molecular typing, circulating tumor DNA sequencing is used to diagnose, guide clinical treatment and evaluate the prognosis of CRC patients. However, there is still a lack of clinical trials with large samples on Chinese ethnicity. In order to treat CRC patients individually, genetic database of Chinese ethnicity is need to be established.
