ABSTRACT

Continuous renal replacement therapy( CRRT)is one of the commonly used organ functional su﹣pport methods in critical disease. It is an essential tool to rescue all kinds of critically ill children. Currently,it is Widely used in the treatment of renal and non－renal diseases. In order to avoid coagulation in the filter or pipeline and ensure the smooth completion of CRRT,anticoagulation treatment is required. The selection of anticoagulant program should folloW the principle of individualization and be comprehensively judged according to the patients＇oWn disease condition, blood coagulation condition,available appropriate drugs and medical staff＇s experience.
