The treatment for adductor spasticity includes stretching, orthosis, training device, selective posterior rhizotomy, neurotomy of anterior branch of obturator nerve, Adductor myotomy, phenol block, Botulinum Toxin injection, Intrathecal baclofen etc. Every method has its own advantage and disadvantage.
