ABSTRACT
1. A complete clinical history and a thorough neurological examination enables us in the majority of cases to localize the anatomical neurological lesion2. However, we need aids to establish the nature of the anatomical neurological lesion before we can institute treatment3. The arteriogram, ventriculogram and myelogram are three of the most useful diagnostic neurological procedures that help us establish the nature of the neurological lesion, particularly whether it is space-occupying or not.
