ABSTRACT
Trying to define the place of the therapist, the patient and the language in the clinical intervention is impossible without first thinking of these three elements as a movement or a harmonic and trial melody necessary for a new "composition", which leads us to take each of them as an indispensable condition without which the cure would not be given, or in the case of the melody a new composition, with a more moderate suffering and with a desire to achieve a subjective transformation.
