RESUMEN

El Proyecto de Código Orgánico Penal Integral presentado por el Ejecutivo y que es objeto de análisis en la Asamblea Nacional, considera Infracciones contra el Buen Vivir y en una de sus secciones este apartado contempla Infracciones contra la Salud. En su contenido se aborda el tema de la Mala Práctica Médica. Lamentablemente las reformas al Código Penal, tal como están planteadas, no consideran algunos aspectos inherentes a la práctica médica y sobre las cuales sería pertinente reflexionar sustantivamente al momento de legislar.
