Para simplificar a compreensão, a presente síntese será apresentada em tópicos, que se inter-relacionam e se complementam com o objetivo de oferecer uma visão abrangente do problema em questão.

ABSTRACT

In order to elucidate the different aspects involved in the issue of Regulation and Financing of the Unified Health System (SUS), it is necessary a broad and comprehensive look at the system, which is complex. To simplify understanding, this synthesis will be presented in topics, which interrelate and complement each other with the objective of offering a comprehensive view of the problem in question.
