Produção de subjetividade de mulheres policiais de um batalhão da polícia militar do Paraná / Production of subjectivity of police women from a battle of the military police of Paraná

RESUMO

Neste artigo fazemos o delineamento e problematização da produção de subjetividade de mulheres policiais militares a partir de suas experiências no cotidiano de trabalho de um Batalhão da Polícia Militar do estado do Paraná (PMPR). Como sustentação teórica de nossas discussões, resgatamos alguns pressupostos de Michel Foucault, tais como subjetividade, disciplina e práticas discursivas. Para tal, a pesquisa contou com a participação de seis policiais atuantes, através de entrevistas. Desta forma, investigamos qual a relação das experiências como policiais dessas mulheres, com a forma com que as mesmas se produzem enquanto sujeitos em uma instituição tida historicamente como masculina. A partir da análise realizada, desenvolvemos uma categoria denominada "relações de cuidado com o outro". Consideramos que características consideradas como masculinas perpassam diretamente as produções de subjetividades de mulheres policiais que têm suas vivências nesse contexto institucional atravessadas por discursos e práticas alicerçadas em um binarismo de gênero que sustenta um ideal de feminino, ao mesmo tempo, em que reforça um ideal de masculinidade referencial. Compreendemos que há a necessidade de um aprofundamento em algumas perspectivas no que diz respeito às pesquisas em Psicologia no campo da Polícia Militar, como as relações de gênero, por exemplo.

ABSTRACT

In this article, we outline and problematize the production of subjectivity by military police women from their experiences in the daily work of a Military Police Battalion in the state of Paraná (MPPR). As a theoretical basis for our discussions, we recovered some of Michel Foucault's assumptions, such as subjectivity, discipline and discursive practices. To this end, the survey counted on the participation of six active police officers, through interviews. In this way, we investigate what is the relationship between the experiences as police of these women, with the way in which they are produced as subjects in an institution historically considered to be male. From the analysis carried out, we developed a category called "care relationships with the other". We consider that characteristics considered as masculine directly permeate the production of subjectivities of police women who have their experiences in this institutional context crossed by discourses and practices based on a gender binarism that supports an ideal of feminine, at the same time, in which it reinforces an ideal of referential masculinity. We understand that there is a need to deepen some perspectives with regard to research in Psychology in the field of the Military Police, such as gender relations, for example.
