Profissionais de saúde em serviços de Atenção Primária à Saúde: integralidade na saúde / Health professionals in primary health care services: Integrality in health

RESUMO

O objetivo foi medir a presença e a extensão do atributo da integralidade em serviços de Atenção Primária à Saúde em 32 municípios do Rio Grande do Sul. Estudo descritivo, transversal com utilização do instrumento de avaliação Primary Care Assessment Tool versão profissional com escala do tipo Likert e questionário sociodemográfico, com coleta de dados entre os meses de fevereiro e julho do ano de 2015. A Integralidade é subdividida em serviços disponíveis e serviços prestados. Os dados foram analisados com o Statiscal Analisys System versão 9.0. Segue os preceitos éticos da Resolução no 466 de 2012, e com financiamento do CNPq. Participaram da pesquisa 206 profissionais de ensino superior. Observou-se prevalência de profissionais enfermeiros, 72,33%. Ambos os componentes superaram o ponto de classificação necessário para admitir a presença e a extensão da integralidade. No componente "Serviços Disponíveis" o item (pergunta) com prevalência de respostas afirmativas (com certeza sim) foi referente à saúde da mulher (93,20%), e o item referente a pequenas cirurgias foi aquele que apresentou a maior correlação com o escore do componente (0,57505), embora moderada. Verificou-se que os profissionais entrevistados consideram que a integralidade do cuidado está presente nos serviços avaliados. Sugerem-se estudos sob a perspectiva dos usuários, pois são quem efetivamente experimentam os serviços.

ABSTRACT

Objective: to measure the presence and extension of the attribute of integrality in Primary Health Care services in 32 municipalities in the Center-West region of Rio Grande do Sul. Method: descriptive, cross-sectional study. The data collection was done through an interview with the use of the instrument of evaluation Primary Care Assessment Tool in its professional version with scale of the Likert type and a sociodemographic questionnaire between the months of February and July of the year 2015. The evaluated attribute is subdivided into two Components available services and services provided. Data were analyzed with Statistical Analisys System version 9.0. The research follows the ethical precepts of Resolution 466 of 2012 and was funded by CNPq. Results: 206 higher education professionals took part in the Primary Health Care services and 32 municipalities were evaluated. Prevalence of nursing professionals was observed, 72.33%. Both components exceeded the classification point required to admit the presence and extent of integrality. In the Available Services component, the item with prevalence of affirmative response was related to women's health, and the item referring to minor surgeries was the one that presented the highest correlation with the component score (0.57505), although moderate. Conclusion: it was verified that the professionals interviewed have a good evaluation of the attribute proposed in this study, since the presence and the extension of the attribute is considered satisfactory. Studies are suggested from the perspective of users because they are the ones who actually experience the services.
