ABSTRACT

The project has also benefitted from the support of the office of the Permanent Secretary, as well as the Ministry of Health as a whole, since its beginning. Communication related to the project has been supported by the work of a dedicated communications group. Both the Washington, DC and Jamaica offices of the Pan American Health Organization have provided guidance and support to the project. The leadership and participation of the Dalhousie research team in the project has been supported by Health Canada and the Pan American Health Organization. (AU)
