Psicoterapia psicanalítica de uma criança que está sob a guarda da avó: estudo de caso / Psychotherapy psychoanalytic of a child that is under guard grandma: case study

RESUMO

O objetivo do estudo consiste em investigar o processo de psicoterapia psicanalítica de uma criança que está sob a guarda da avó e identificar a representação do papel que a avó tem em relação ao cuidado da neta. O tema se justifica devido às mudanças significativas que ocorreram nos últimos anos em relação às configurações familiares, em que os avós passaram a desempenhar papel de cuidadores dos netos. Foram analisadas dez sessões de psicoterapia com uma criança, compreendendo a relação e a convivência existente entre a avó e a neta. Os resultados demonstraram que a avó representa um papel importante na vida da neta, sendo provedora das suas necessidades e auxiliando em diferentes contextos de vida da menina. Percebeu-se também a importância do preparo que o profissional da psicologia precisa para ampliar o olhar às questões da família para atuar e intervir nestes contextos.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study is to investigate the psychoanalytic psychotherapy process of a child who is under the custody of the grandmother and to identify the representation of the grandmother's role in the care of the granddaughter. The theme is justified due to the significant changes that have occurred in recent years in relation to the family settings, in which the grandparents started to play the caregiver role of the grandchildren. Ten sessions of psychotherapy with a child were analyzed, including the relationship and coexistence between grandmother and granddaughter. The results showed that the grandmother plays an important role in the granddaughter's life, providing her needs and assisting in different contexts of the girl's life. It was also noticed the importance of the preparation that the professional of the psychology needs to extend the look to the questions of the family to act and to intervene in these contexts.
