Uma reflexão sobre a reação terapêutica negativa / A reflection on negative therapeutic reaction

RESUMO

O objetivo deste artigo é tomar o fenômeno da reação terapêutica negativa como expressão privilegiada da hipótese que aqui intitulo como vazio psíquico. A reação terapêutica negativa visa contemplar os efeitos da pulsão de destruição na subjetividade, constituindo-se como um desafio permanente à prática psicanalítica. Em seguida serão esboçadas algumas estratégias clínicas sintonizadas com essa particular modalidade de sofrimento psíquico.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to take the phenomenon of the negative therapeutic reaction as a privileged expression of the hypothesis that herein I call psychologicalemptiness. The negative therapeutic reaction aims to consider the effects of the destruction drive in subjective aspects, constituting a permanent challenge to the psychoanalytic practice. Subsequently, a few clinical strategies attuned to this particular type of psychological distress will be outlined.
