O trabalho em rede e suas contribuições para o fortalecimento da Escola Técnica de Saúde da Unimontes / Networking and his contributions to strengthening Technical School of Health Unimontes

RESUMO

O trabalho em redes tem como característica marcante a articulação entre os integrantes, visando ao desenvolvimento de inteligência coletiva entre os pares. Considerando-se a importância desse tipo de trabalho, este artigo tem como objetivo geral conhecer o trabalho desenvolvido pela Rede de Escolas Técnicas do Sistema Único de Saúde (RET-SUS) e suas contribuições para o fortalecimento da Escola Técnica de Saúde (ETS), da Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros (Unimontes). Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográfica e documental. Entre os principais resultados, verifica-se que a integração e as discussões promovidas pela rede foram fundamentais para que a ETS/Unimontes tivesse clareza de suas finalidades como Escola Técnica do SUS. Conclui-se, portanto, que o trabalho em rede foi fundamental para a ETS/Unimontes refletir, propor e fortalecer suas ações e seus projetos.

ABSTRACT

Working in networks is the marked characteristic of coordination between the members, to develop collective intelligence among peers. Considering the importance of such work, this article aims to understand the overall work of the Network Technical Schools Health System - RET-SUS and their contributions to the strengthening of the Technical School of Health Unimontes. To do so, the searches were conducted literature and documents. Among the key findings, it appears that the integration and discussions sponsored by the Network were crucial for the ETS/Unimontes had clarity of their purpose as the Technical School of the SUS. It follows therefore that networking was essential to the ETS/Unimontes reflect, propose and strengthen their activities and projects.
