Factores que fortalecen el sistema de redes integradas de salud en sus tres niveles, en la atención del paciente con riesgo cardiovascular

RESUMEN

Objetivos: -Analizar el funcionamiento del Sistema de Redes Integradas de Salud en pacientes cardiópatas o potencialmente cardiópatas de la Zona Sanitaria I de la provincia de la Rioja, en el año 2014. - Detectar las debilidades y fortalezas del sistema, para optimizar su eficacia y eficiencia. - Distinguir en qué nivel de la red se encuentran los obstáculos, para optimizar su funcionamiento. - Identificar las etapas del sistema que funcionan bien, para reforzarlas. Material y Método:Tipo de estudio Exploratorio cualitativo, Descriptivo – Explicativo. Se realizaron revisión bibliográfica, entrevistas a mandos superiores e intermedios y encuestas al personal de salud de la Zona Sanitaria I de La Rioja

ABSTRACT

SUMMARY: Objetives To analyze the operation of the System of Integrated Health Networks in cardiac patients or potentially cardiac patients of the health zone I of the province of La Rioja, in 2014, identify weaknesses and strengths of the system to optimize its effectiveness and efficiency, distinguish at what leve of the network are obstacles to optimize their performance and identify which stages of the system work well to strengthen them.
