Spontaneous rupture of rudimentary horn of a bicornuate gravid uterus

Rupture of a rudimentary uterine horn is a rare occurrence. We report a mid trimester spontaneous rupture of right rudimentary horn in a 22 year old Saudi female. The ruptured horn was excised. The patient had a full term pregnancy before and after this rupture
