ABSTRACT
Bioethics is the science of morals applied in the science of the living beings. Medical ethics systematically explains what is right and what is wrong in healer's conduct while practicing in the medical profession. The oldest medical ethics was laid down by Hippocrates, a Greek philosopher in 5[th] century B.C. He wrote eight books on this subject. Due to advancement in medicine and bioresearch, new ethical problems are cropping up. These should be taken up and enforced by the medical community in our country
