ABSTRACT
The cell mediated immunity in Egyptian buffalos was evaluated by the delayed hypersensitivity skin test twelve Egyptian buffalos. These buffalos were sensitized by phytohemagglutinin [75 ug/ml] and avian serum albumin [ASA] [10 mg/ml]. Both PHA and ASA are suitable for use as sensitized agent for detection of cell mediated immunity of buffalos
