Tissue expansion, a new method developed in the field of Reconstructive Surgery greatly successful in providing skin for coverage of multiple skin diseases or defects. Still needs more precise definition about its proper indications, techniques possible complications and drawbacks. In this article and after the use of tissue expanders for one and a half year we hopefully tried to define all of these points
