Paralysis of the third, fourth and sixth cranial nerves

ABSTRACT
One hundred and thirty four patients with 3rd, 4th and 6th cranial nerve palsy were analysed with respect, to distribution of nerve involvement, aetiology, age and sex, seventy four patients were males and 60 were females. Eighteen percent were due to diabetes mellitus. 13% to trauma, 10% to intracranial lesions and in about 40% the aetiology could not be detected
