ABSTRACT
In treatment of 10 cases of early primary or secondary massive anterior chamber hemorrhage with secondary glaucoma after ocular contusion before occurence of blood staining of the cornea, only early removal of the large dark gelatinous blood clots filling the anterior chamber and obstructing its angle through a subconjunctival large 90ø limbal incision gave good results in treatment of secondary glaucoma and prevention of blood staining of the cornea. 2. If after removal of the blood clots there was still an arterial bleeding spot at the base of the iris or in the ciliary body, a nasal pillar iris inclusion performed from the same incision helped subconjunctival drainage with prevention of recurrence of high. ocular tension and blood staining of the cornea
