ABSTRACT
Isolated fungal infection is unusual head and neck infection. Three rare sites of infection are reported, first is a case of isolated sellar with para-cellar extension. A second case of pterygopalatine fossa infection, and a 3rd case of pituitary fungal granuloma. Diagnosis and management of these conditions are described. Aggressive surgical debridment to ensure good drainage and antifungal medical treatment [Ketoconazole. 200 mg] were advocated for treatment of fungal infection
