ABSTRACT
Effective drug therapy in Atrophic Rhinitis is not ideal and surgical treatment is often needed. Among different operations closure of the nostril is the simplest and the best. Since 1981, 34 operations in 32 cases [2 cases with bilateral operations] were done. The percentage of effectiveness is 95.5% with a follow-up period from 2-52 month
