Introduction: Hospitals are the most important organizations in the field of healthcare services that require skilled personnel, necessary equipment, and suitable facilities; therefore, special attention to new and intelligent methods and also maximum use of intellectual abilities of individuals and organizations to increase hospitals agility seem to be necessary.
