ABSTRACT

Background and Objectives: Emotional intelligence [EI] is a social intelligence identifying the ability of an individual to understand others' emotions, establish sympathy with others and adjust his emotions with others. In fact, EI enables individuals to have a proper understanding of their own and others' emotions and use it in their human relationships effectively.
