ABSTRACT
The distortion of the Madelung's disease is owed to an anomaly of development of the skeleton of the forearm and the wrist. It is a rare affection that can remain asymptomatique but the apparition of pains, the limitation of mobility and especially the aesthetic prejudice incites the patient to consult what permits his/her/its diagnosis. All these complications to be corrected by the surgical intervention. The sinewy complications are rare caused essentially by the malformation of ulnar head We bring back a case of malformation of Madelung diagnosed on occasion of a rupture of the tendon of the expander of the 3emth right finger at a patient of 37 years, having a freestanding Madelung malformation. The goal of this work is to disassemble the interest of the imagery in cuts to search for these sinewy complications
