Within a nine year period between 1980 and 1998, 49,498 consultants and in-patients have been seen in the Rabat Mohammed V Militry Hospital Dermatology Department. Among the numerous toxidermia cases found, drug implication has been strongly suspected in the only 300 cases that we have studied. We have tried to define the following epidemiological and clinical parameters-Sex ratio is 2/1 -50% of our patients are 21-30 years old - 75% of our patients are 21-40 years old We have observed the following clinical-.30 fixed pigmented erythema -18 bullous eruptions -3 polymorphous erythema Sulphonamides and salicylates hold the first places among the responsible drugs
