ABSTRACT
25 cases of bone's giant-cells tumors are related.Their clinical, pathological, radiological, prognosis and therapeutic aspects are discussed towards published events. Clinically, these tumors are sited near the knee in 60% of cases. The majority of their symptoms are pain and tumor, spontaneous fracture in 22% and previous traumatisme in 39%. The prognosis criteria's are. - Radiologic with three growing degrees. Degree I [22,4%], II [50%] and III [27,6%] - and histologic [JAFFE-LICHTENSTEIN grading] Grade I [64%], grade II [32%], grade III [4%]. The histo-radiologic correlations are separed only in the intermediate form. Among therapeutics' mean, only amputation shelter from recurrence whereas the resection may followed by 20% of recurrence
