Under the word "floating elbow", the autors describe the simultaneous fractures of the arm and the forearm on the same number. They describe 26 cases of floating elbow with back including between 2 and 8 years. They insist on the superiority of surgery and propose a simple classification in order to codify indications and evoluate the prognosis
