ABSTRACT
The diagnosis of nasopharyngeal malignancies in children is often delayed because these tumors are uncommon and have non-specific signs and symptoms. Review of 243 cases of nasopharyngeal tumor showed that 19 patients were under the age of 15 years. Their clinical manifestations were cervical lymphadenopathy, nasal obstruction and eustachian tube obstruction. The histopathological diagnosis were nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 13 cases [68.42%], non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 3 case [15.78%], and rhabdomyosarcoma in 3 cases [15.78%]
