ABSTRACT
This study was conducted on 14 patients with nasal septal perforations. Nine patients from this group were operated upon after fulfilment of the criteria for surgical intevention. Closure of nasal septum perforation of size ranging from 2.0-3.0 cm was performed by using a labial flap from the upper lip. Failure of closure was recorded in one patient only. Other minor, simple complications were noticed as nasal crustation, epistaxis, nasal synechiae and epiphora but it was resolved by medical treatment. Other methods of repairing nasal septal perforations were reviewed
