ABSTRACT

Macro- and micromorphological investigation, preliminary phytochemical screening, proximate analysis and TLC investigation of successive extractives of the flower of Fumaria parviflora Lam. growing in Egypt are presented. Macro- and micromorphological features as well as proximate analysis data of the flower are diagnostic and helpful in its identification as well as differentiation from other organs of the plant both in the entire and powdered forms
