ABSTRACT
Over the past six years, 35 cases of unresolved upper brachial plexus obstetric palsy [BPOP] were treated with Green and Tachdjian modification of the L'Episcopo procedure. All mothers were complaining that their children were unable to bring the palm of their hands to the mouth or perform the usual daily activity tasks without their help. All patients became fully independent when assessed at the follow up. They could dress, wash, attend the toilet, feed and comb better, so that they no longer needed any help in these activities
