Internet is a new media who exists in our country since 4 years. Unfortunately, it's not used enough by the practiciens for whom it represents a rich and various way to get scientific informations. After a brief report on the kind of materials needed to be connected and its costs, the authors present the different surgical resources on the web and the most interesting sites databases, electronic journals, surgical guide lines, surgical communities and on line surgery
