ABSTRACT

Our study concerns 12 patients with Biermer disease in department C of the university hospital in Rabat, between the period 1977 - 1983. These patients were admitted mostly for anemia with a frequency of 0.18% of hospitalisation for This period noted. The average age for this disease was 48 years with masculine predominance of 8 to 4. We observed that this disease is exceptionally rare in children and must ceased this opportunity to emphasize the clinical, paraclinical and evolutive characteristic of this affection
