[Rehabilitation after conservative treatment of anterior shoulder dislocation]

Method:

retrospective study including 20 patients with anterior shoulder dislocation who had an orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation. Evaluation before and after rehabilitation carried on the intensity of pain, the range of motion, the muscular force of the internal rotator muscles and finally patient's satisfaction. Rehabilitation allowed painless in 80% of cases, an improvement of the range of motion and muscular force of the internal rotator muscles. 80% of patients were satisfied or very satisfied with obtained results. Rehabilitation after anterior shoulder dislocation is at present well codified and have an essential place in the conservative and surgical treatment after shoulder dislocation
